  I've tried the Bamboo Garden 3 separate times and had a bad experience each time. The restaurant feels old and in need of a top to bottom cleaning.
  
  The concept is neat. A buffet where you tell a chef whether you want beef, chicken, or shrimp, then you choose your veggies and sauce. While you sit back down, the chef throws your ingredients in a stirfry and when it is done, the waitress serves you. While it is a neat concept, the experience is lacking.
  
  If you want Asian food there are much better options in town.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Incredibly rude and unprofessional owner. Speaks to customers as if they were his subordinates. Feel extremely bad for the staff that has to work there. As for the food, the buffet used to be decent at the old location, now they rarely keep it stocked, and when they do, the "fresh" food is still frozen. Save your time and money and go elsewhere for an actual dining experience.

  Well guys your boy Roy spelled "their" wrong in his weak ass review, so let's go ahead and rule him out..
  This place rocks. The cook is the nicest dude ever. Tip him. The food is great. Get the house sauce, add some hot pepper stuff, (live a little) and rock out. Maybe play a game a cinch with your friends. You can't go wrong here.
  
  I did hear a unfortunate rumor.. If they stopped serving the crispy Chinese noodles, that should be at least a misdemeanor for the owner. Talk to your local officials.
